Feng Shui is frowned upon as mere superstitions outside of China and USA. but hard bitten is feng shui Europe, USA, China Canada as transcendent for business, the number nine, red color is create harmony and good luck. Alming things  in the environment  to create harmony and good luck  feng shui is art and a scene feng shi for expert can affect many aspects of our live such as health  happiness and fortune. 

in classical feng shui water always symbolizes wealth and abundance, the theorry behind feng shui is that there is an  invisible life of energy call chi (chee)  that circulate throught all things how sense immediately if the chi is circulating properly. 

WORKPLACE PRIVACY, SOME USE OF TRACKING DEVICE

Nowadays inside the majority of the enterprises, there are cameras as a security method, it helps you with this process because our bosses can not keep up with everything.

In my opinion, must be cameras in some important parts of the building in an enterprise, for instance in the hall so we can do this surveillance, another place is where there is not much flow of people because if the people know that there are no cameras it is easier to check some irregularity. So this type of security must be installed in the warehouse area of a company.

Cameras inside the bathrooms are forbidden , also in the lockers room and first aid rooms. With the cameras also you can be notified that who is working really or who don´t, sometimes we as employees we feel that they are watching us all the time and you do not know if those cameras have a microphone inside and they could be listening what we are saying.

So we have to try quiet at work and take it easy if there are cameras, after all, it is for our bosses´ own good.

FENG SHUI, A PEACEFUL PLACE TO FIND YOURSELF

A long time ago I wrote a post about my room, my place, but I did not know that I could apply this beautiful technique: The Feng Shui.

First, we gonna start with the colors, the positions of the things in your room and the elements that are involved. According to some picture that I found on the Net, we have the North of the room in which are involved the following: the element water, with the colors blue and black, these bring career luck, so in this position, we can put a black desk with a blue chair on it just beside the door. Then we have Nort-East in which are involved the element earth, brown, yellow and pink color and these bring education luck so we can put a small piece of pink furniture with a little brown carpet and besides this a yellow bookcase. Then we have the North-West which is involved metal element, white, gold and silver colors and these bring travel luck and helpful people in this part of the room, we can put a litter white drawer with a little metal stool.

Also, we have the East which is involved the wood element, green color and brings family and health. In this part of the room, we can put a green rest chair. The South-East, in this part of the room we have as element and color as the East, but with different reward: wealth so we can put on this side of the room a big green rest furniture with some little table beside. Now we have the south, on this side of the room we have the fire, red and these will bring name and fame and in this part of the room, we can put a big bed with red covers and two nightspots. In the southwest, we have earth element, brown, yellow and pink colors and bring romance luck.

With this technique, we can build a peaceful place to be, to have our pleasant place, and t is important not to have any electronic device, it is better to have many books which you can read.  

                          Tipping point.                              When we talking about tipping point we talking about changes and an important one occurred here in santo domingo  being clear the tipping point was in the public transportation of santo domingo. we are using the subway of santo Domingo until 2009 that is a public transportation that transport thousands of people in santo domingo , thanks of subway we can be on time in our works and university. Time before get on time on work and in university was awful and we had to wake up very early and even that we arrived late. But now we can be on time in our work and university and at the same time we can safe a little mony, because for example you took three or four cars for arriving to your work on time maybe now with he subway you just take maybe two or three cars. For me this is a big tipping point and I hope that one day the subway can spread everywhere that would be awesome.

Workplace privacy.

Nowdays worplaces are using high technology to monitor their employees. The fact, you're being monitored cause you more stress and tension. It is true that employers can evalute how the job is being done. However, some companies are going beyond the limit. It should be parameters to protect the employees privacy rights.

Some companies policies are just disrespectful and degrading to the employees integrity. One thing I believe is so irrelevant is asking someone's last salary in a job interview, I mean that information is not important , or are they going to pay you base in your prior salary? That doesn't make any sense to me. Employers should evalute base on the quality and not invade employees spaces.

Honesty the best policy.

Is it always good to say the truth?

When I was a little child, my parents always told me you have to be honest no matter what. However, I don't believe that the truth is always the solution. Lying is part of our lifes as truth as well, if you decide to be honest you should find the right words to tell something because you may hurt somebody's feelings.

The truth will pop up unexpectedly even when you try to conceal it. Although lying in certain situations is necessary for example; conversations with children or someone with a terminal disease. But that does not mean you'll be lying everyone. I just think before we tell something we better analize the pros and cons. We should decide what we consider to be correct.
